1. Service Agreement

By placing an order with MrReady, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. MrReady reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Garment Care & Handling

• We follow industry-standard practices for washing and dry cleaning.

• While we handle every item with care, MrReady is not liable for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Fabric deterioration

• Customers are responsible for informing us about delicate materials or specific handling instructions.

3. Loss or Damage

• In the rare event of lost or damaged items, compensation will be limited to 5 times the cost of cleaning the item (maximum liability ₹1000).

• Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup and delivery are subject to availability and area coverage.

• Please ensure availability at the scheduled time. Repeated missed pickups may lead to service restrictions.

5. Turnaround Time

• Standard turnaround is 48 hours unless stated otherwise.

• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, holidays, technical issues).

6. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are subject to change based on service location and garment type.

• All payments must be completed before delivery unless credit arrangements are made in advance.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can be canceled up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup.

• Refunds are only issued in case of service failure or duplicate payments.

8. User Responsibility

• Customers must ensure garments are free from personal belongings.

• MrReady is not responsible for lost items left in pockets or attached to clothing.

9. Modifications

MrReady reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
